Shipping and Returns

Domestic Shipping and Shipping Rates

Flat rate shipping is $10.00 Australia wide, which will be sent out with a courier or Australia Post. Please allow 2-7 business days for normal delivery and 1-3 business days for domestic express shipping.

 
Orders are dispatched Monday through to Friday, before 12pm. 
Please note that any orders placed after 10am will be dispatched the following business day.
 For metro delivery, please allow 3-5 working days & for rural delivery, please allow 4-7 working days.
 
Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

A tracking number will be sent to you upon dispatch so that you can track the delivery of your goods.

Returns:

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, for some reason if you are not happy with your purchase, with a receipt you are eligible for a return within 14 days of delivery, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please contact us for our return PO BOX address.

We only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged. Saltee Society is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns. To begin the process of initiating a return, please email customer service at hello@salteesociety.com

International

We offer international shipping to selected regions based on freight services and availability. The shipping cost is calculated based on your order during the checkout. Please let us know if you have any questions and where you are ordering from.

Please note: When orders shipped internationally reach your destination country, they may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be enforced. These will remain the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Refunds

Refunds will be refunded in the original payment form, minus any shipping and handling that may have been charged. If a discount was applied at purchase, that discount will be proportionally applied to the credit. Gift cards and international purchases are not eligible for refunds. If you were the recipient of a product as a gift, returns shall be honored if requested within thirty (30) days of the original purchase and refunds shall be issued in the form of store credit only. The 30-day guarantee window applies to the date of delivery.
